Early maladaptive schemas were found to be related to aggression, except for self-sacrifice and emotional inhibition. The most predominant schema in males is distrust/abuse; in females self-sacrifice predominates.La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo explorar el vínculo entre los esquemas desadaptativos tempranos y la agresividad en adolescentes limeños. Se trabajó con 350 con edades entre 16 y 18 años. Se utilizó el Cuestionario de Esquemas de Young-forma abreviada (YSQ-SF) de Jeffrey Young, para la segunda variable se aplicó el Cuestionario de Agresividad (AQ) de Buss y Perry. Se encontró que los esquemas desadaptativos tempranos están relacionados con la agresividad, excepto los esquemas autosacrificio, e inhibición emocional.
