A history understood as a process where the essential confrontation between the Andean and the Western, the indigenous and the European, of a social, political and ideological nature, has contributed to defining the character and singularity of the national society of contemporary Peru.En este breve ensayo abordaré dos temas muy bien delimitados, ambos integrantes de un mismo tema general, aunque algo diferentes, sobre lo que insistimos en llamar la Utopía andina. Debo rápidamente indicar que la historia de esta utopía, de manera bastante comprobable, es también la historia poco visible del Perú.
