Lo recargado de su rutina y el tiempo que la demanda, hacen de su hogar el principal espacio en el que se desenvuelve su vida. Su ubicación como ama de casa y madre de familia, delimita su mundo de relaciones: su pareja, sus hijos, otros familiares y unos pocos vecinos constituyen sus vínculos más importantes.
