I, Audiencia de Lima, legajo 1598) corresponded to the interest in obtaining a diagnosis of the human resources available to the Spanish government in the difficult moments in which the Creole groups were openly fighting for control of the colonies. .El 6 de octubre de 1812, la Regencia del Reino de España, envío al clero de sus colonias peruanas un cuestionario de 36 preguntas, buscando tener una perspectiva más del estado de sus vasallos. El referido documento (A. G.
