Sumario:After seven years of experience and in the context of a substantial regime change, it is necessary to rethink the interventions of the PAR (Repopulation Support Program). This rethinking is part of larger changes regarding the ways that the State has to relate to civil society; changes that modify the very role and way of functioning of the State, and in particular of PROMUDEH, its programs and its decentralized organisms.
