Un año más tarde, Argentina elevó a jerarquía constitucional los tratados internacionales sobre los derechos humanos, al incorporarlos en la reforma de su Constitución. En este contexto, la década pasada estuvo caracterizada por debates sobre la justicia y la ética en el marco de una creciente necesidad por determinar la viabilidad de establecer tribunales internacionales que velen por la aplicación de la justicia en casos de delitos contra la humanidad.Universidad Católica San Pablo2003-12-04info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionArtículo revisado por paresapplication/pdfhttps://revistas.ucsp.edu.pe/index.php/Allpanchis/article/view/55210.36901/allpanchis.v35i61/62.552Allpanchis; Vol. 35 Núm. 61/62 (2003): Recuerdos del Dolor y Señales de Esperanza (I); 47-77Allpanchis; Vol. 35 No. 61/62 (2003): Memories of Pain and Signs of Hope (I); 47-772708-89600252-883510.36901/allpanchis.v35i61/62reponame:Revistas - Universidad Católica San Pabloinstname:Universidad Católica San Pabloinstacron:UCSPspahttps://revistas.ucsp.edu.pe/index.php/Allpanchis/article/view/552/1076Derechos de autor 2003 Jorge Martínez, Margarita Gascónhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessoai:revistas.ucsp.edu.pe:article/5522022-06-13T14:07:21Z
