In all areas, new challenges have been raised, therefore, tourism, one of the hardest-hit sectors, must also do so. Therefore, it is urgent to move from planning that is based on information and knowledge to practical application that means being prepared for what is called the "new normal".El 2022 se acaba y la humanidad parece no haber aprendido a cuidar de sí misma y del planeta a pesar de las situaciones extremas que tuvo que enfrentar al inicio de la pandemia, y que aún intenta manejar, ya que la enfermedad por COVID-19 no se controla, como ya es de esperar con la distribución a nivel mundial de las vacunas. En todo ámbito se han planteado nuevos desafíos, por ende, el turismo, uno de los sectores más golpeados también debe hacerlo.
