We study the correlation with other exploration techniques. Ultrasound there was a 21.05% false negative. The importance of mammography is valued more accurate method, although advising be supplemented with other diagnostic methods.Presentamos nuestra experiencia con 95 casos de carcinoma de mama, operados durante los años 1983 a 1985, a los cuales se les realizó como metódica exploratoria, entre otras, una ecografía y una mamografía. Se describe las imágenes, tanto mamográficas como ecográficas, que hemos encontrado. En el control mamográfico, obtuvimos un 12.63% de falsos negativos, que luego correspondieron a carcinomas en estadios T1 y T2. Se estudia la correlación con otras técnicas exploratorias. Con ecografía hubo un 21.05% de falsos negativos.
