Incidence: 0.75% - This figure does not represent the true incidence of endometriosis among us and belongs to a selected group of ill to attend common services Loayza hospital.Los positivos progresos de los últimos tiempos, en el campo de la endometriosis han sido encaminados hacia la verificación de la primitiva teoría de Sampson y de su aplicación racional, en la comprensión y explicación de la enfermedad. En un estudio de 5,930 pacientes hospitalizados, se ha comprobado después de la intervención quirúrgica 45 casos de endometriosis.
