We recommended in elderly with high surgical risk and simple mastectomy and ulcerated tumors as a palliative measure. We remove the only recurrences and ordered the radiotherapy treatment. The oophorectomy in young, we do not do routine; remissions observed when practiced in recurrences and metastases. The other procedures await the sanction of time.Nuestra conducta la adoptamos al criterio de "operabilidad" de Haagansen y Stout y seguimos practicando la Mastectomía Radical asociándola a la radioterapia post-operatoria, ya que por el momento no somos partidarios de las operaciones ampliadas: a) de las supraclaviculares por considerarlas en el grupo de las inoperables y b) de la cadena mamaria interna, porque esperemos que sean sancionadas por el tiempo; más bien aconsejamos la conducta exploratoria, con el fin de establecer un exacto pronóstico. Recomendamos en las ancianas y con gran riesgo quirúrgico la mastectomía simple y también en los tumores ulcerados como medida paliativa. Las recidivas únicas las extirpamos y ordenamos el tratamiento radioterápico. La Ooferectomía, en la joven, no la hacemos de rutina; se observan remisiones cuando se practica en las recidivas y metástasis.
