It is concluded in an Ortner syndrome as a manifestation of endoleaks.Se presenta el caso de un varón de 49 años con antecedente de aneurisma de aorta descendente tratado con endoprótesis, que acude por disfonía de dos meses de evolución como síntoma principal. Por nasolaringoscopía y estudio de imágenes se determina que la disfonía es causada por una parálisis de cuerda vocal izquierda, ante la sospecha de daño del nervio laríngeo recurrente izquierdo se realiza tomografía de tórax que muestra un aneurisma residual con fuga endoprotésica, que explica el daño de este nervio.
