It focuses on the flexibility of the working day and its impact on new digital work environments. Flexibility is used to create models of irregular distribution of working time. The study seeks to fairly apply working time regulations, avoiding denaturalizing the legal limits of the working day and ensuring that there are no negative effects on occupational health and safety. It also addresses practical problems arising from the confusion between working time and the private life of workers.El trabajo de investigación analiza cómo la digitalización de los procesos productivos afecta las variables de tiempo de trabajo y salud laboral. Se enfoca en la flexibilidad de la jornada laboral y su impacto en los nuevos entornos laborales digitales. La flexibilidad se utiliza para crear modelos de distribución irregular del tiempo de trabajo. El estudio busca aplicar de manera justa las normas del tiempo de trabajo, evitando desnaturalizar los límites legales de la jornada laboral y asegurando que no haya efectos negativos en la seguridad y salud laboral.
