Argentine jurisprudence is marking a slow but positive path in respect for equality and non-discrimination.La progresividad en el ejercicio de los derechos por parte de las mujeres, es la esencia misma de la dignidad humana. La realidad muestra la vulnerabilidad femenina y las situaciones de desigualdad, violencia, discriminaciones y acosos a las que están sometidas. Por eso, es fundamental que las mujeres cuenten con las herramientas suficientes para acceder a una efectiva tutela de sus derechos.
