However, the Act 28642, approved by the Peruvian Parliament and supported by the electoral entity, prevents constitutional processes from being initiated against decisions made by the latter. The author suggests that this situation could lead to scenarios of autarchy, where the JNE acts without supervision, what affects the balance between powers. In this framework, the author proposes analyzing the problem from the general theory of constitutionally autonomous agencies. This paper aims to establish that although agencies are autonomous, they cannot remain completely disconnected from each other. Therefore, mechanisms must be created to allow for a relationship between them while avoiding autarkic scenarios without control.El Jurado Nacional de Elecciones (JNE) y el Tribunal Constitucional son dos instituciones autónomas en el ordenamiento jurídico peruano. No obstante, la Ley 28642, aprobada por el Parlamento peruano y respaldada por el órgano electoral, establece que no procederán los procesos constitucionales sobre las decisiones de este último. El autor indica que esta situación podría generar escenarios de autarquía donde el JNE actúa sin supervisión, lo que afecta el equilibrio entre poderes. En ese marco, el autor propone un análisis de esta problemática a partir de una perspectiva diferente, esto es, desde la teoría general de los organismos constitucionalmente autónomos. De acuerdo a este planteamiento, el presente trabajo busca establecer que, aunque los organismos sean autónomos, no pueden permanecer completamente desconectados entre sí.
