In this context, this article covers the scope of what is an applicable law in contracts, some invalid agreement on applicable law, some problems related with the place of performance and the place of subscription of contracts.El presente artículo aborda algunos aspectos prácticos de la regulación contractual establecida en el libro X del Código Civil peruano. Con estos fines, se abordan algunos aspectos problemáticos que pueden surgir al aplicar cada uno de los supuestos contenidos en el artículo 2095 del Código Civil peruano, tales como qué se entiende por ley aplicable al contrato, el lugar de cumplimiento del contrato y el lugar de celebración de contrato.
