Along these lines, immigration and cultural pluralism are used as frameworks for understanding contemporary human rights challenges. Finally, the author reflects on the impact of globalization on the conception of human rights and the management of cultural diversity. The author closes the analysis by proposing the conception of a dynamic theory of rights that understands the relevance of cultural diversity in their construction.El presente trabajo aborda la concepción de los derechos humanos desde el reconocimiento de dos constantes: la igualdad y la diferencia. El autor plantea que es necesario considerar ambas constantes cuando se analice y desarrolle la proyección de los derechos. En esa línea, la inmigración y pluralismo cultural son empleados como marcos de referencia para comprender los desafíos contemporáneos en materia de derechos humanos. Finalmente, el autor reflexiona sobre el impacto de la globalización en la concepción de los derechos humanos y en la gestión de la diversidad cultural.
