Secondly, the development presented during the presidential administrations in relation to conflict management and the production of related public policies is analyzed. Finally, the pertinent conclusions are presented.En el presente artículo, los autores analizan el rol de las diversas estrategias de gestión de conflictos planteadas por los gobiernos del Perú durante los últimos veinte años desde un enfoque basado en las políticas públicas y en su sostenibilidad. Así, en primer lugar, presentan las fases del problema público y su relación con el proceso de producción de políticas públicas. En segundo lugar, se analiza el desarrollo presentado durante las gestiones presidenciales en lo relacionado a la gestión de conflictos y a la producción de políticas públicas relacionadas a ello.
