Without being a specialist journal in legal subjects, but of common information, La Nación dealt in several notes of this subject, not in a systematic way but with interesting comments to the public opinion on some shares of the problem.En 1921 la República Argentina dictó su segundo Código Penal nacional, el cual entró en vigencia al año siguiente. El trabajo expone y glosa los comentarios que el diario La Nación, de Buenos Aires, uno de los más importantes del país, dedicó al proceso de elaboración y sanción del Código.
