According to the author, these elements had an impact on the emergence and strengthening of rules through the practice of government and the relationship between constitutional bodies. To that extent, this work constitutes a relevant contribution to the study of republican Rome, as well as the analysis of political and juridical relations in antiquity.En la historia y evolución constitucional de la Roma republicana se encuentran dos fenómenos cruciales que contribuyeron con su compleja formación. De esta manera, el autor señala que estos elementos claves son: (i) la colonización o el sometimiento de los territorios vencidos; y (ii) la ceremonia de triunfo, que suponía el control de los magistrados supremos por parte del senado y la asamblea popular. De acuerdo al autor, dichos elementos tuvieron un impacto en el surgimiento y fortalecimiento de las reglas a través de la práctica del gobierno y la relación entre los órganos constitucionales.
