Finally, making brief comments, the author gives recommendations to improve the Peruvian justice system.En la presente entrevista, el destacado profesor español nos comenta desde su perspectiva en al derecho constitucional cuales son los puntos clave a tener en cuenta. De esta forma, se tratan temas referidos a la democracia, derechos fundamentales y al estado constitucional de derecho. Además, en base a un caso peruano y otro español se explica la postura del profesor.
