Likewise, the article seeks to mention and develop the characteristics of this crime, the moment of consummation and accreditation at the jurisprudential level.El artículo realiza un análisis dogmático del cuarto párrafo del artículo 296° del Código Penal, que regula el delito de conspiración para promover, favorecer o facilitar el tráfico ilícito de drogas, en esa medida se destaca que, el acto conspirativo debe necesariamente, revelar la existencia de un plan común manifiesto entre los partícipes del delito, permitiendo así adelantar las barreras de punibilidad del Derecho Penal con el fin de proteger bienes jurídicos importantes, así como por razones de orden público, por el tráfico ilícito de drogas y la criminalidad organizada que genera.
