Based on this review, some proposals for action are presented, which will remain for discussion or as contributions, for  remeasurthe damaged ecosystem, and reactivatng artisanal fishing and the local economy in the short, medium and long term in the Ancon district.El presente artículo hace un repaso sobre lo ocurrido con el derrame de petróleo en la refinería La Pampilla y sus externalidades negativas generadas al ecosistema marino costero y en los pescadores artesanales y pobladores que viven del turismo y la gastronomía local en el distrito de Ancón; y a las estrategias ejecutadas por el sector privado y por el Estado peruano hasta la fecha en el manejo de dichas externalidades negativas generadas al medio ambiente y a los actores sociales mencionados. A partir de esta revisión se plantean algunas propuestas de acción, que quedarán en materia de discusión o aportes, vinculadas a la remediación del ecosistema dañado, y a la reactivación de la pesca artesanal y economía local, en el corto, mediano y largo plazo en el distrito de Ancón.Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
