It raises the different theoretical points that affect the usefulness of the regulations, and that represent the need for a reform that provides the necessary tools to legal entities for a correct implementation of criminal compliance.El Criminal Compliance resulta ser materia emergente en el Perú, desde su desarrollo e implementación en la Ley 30424 en 2016.
