In this article, two theatrical works by one of the most recognized contemporary Spanish playwrights, María Velasco, Líbrate de las cosas hermosas que te deseo (2015) and Talaré a los hombres de sobre la faz de la tierra, both premiered and applauded by theater critics, as well as awarded, will be analyzed. The point of convergence of these two works is found in their performative aesthetic and the political and poetic perspective with which they portray the situation of their protagonists. Both dramatic proposals have an innovative and contemporary scenic aesthetic, so we will approach them through the paradigm of performative theater, liminal theater, and perfopoetry, since both are an artistic object that escapes reductionist interpretations due to their multidimensional nature. However, it will be verified that the purpose of the pieces is to portray a political structure, without any of them renouncing the use of a wide range of dramatic possibilities proposed from the text, stage directions, and the corresponding scenic proposal. |

However, it will be verified that the purpose of the pieces is to portray a political structure, without any of them renouncing the use of a wide range of dramatic possibilities proposed from the text, stage directions, and the corresponding scenic proposal.En el siguiente artículo, se analizarán dos de las obras teatrales de una de las dramaturgas españolas contemporáneas más reconocidas, María Velasco, Líbrate de las cosas hermosas que te deseo (2015) y Talaré a los hombres de sobre la faz de la tierra (2022), ambas estrenadas y aplaudidas por la crítica teatral, así como también galardonadas. El punto de convergencia de estas dos obras es una estética performativa de lo teatral y una mirada poética sobre la realidad de sus protagonistas. Ambas propuestas dramáticas tienen una estética escénica innovadora y contemporánea, por lo que nos acercaremos a ellas a través de los paradigmas del teatro performativo, el teatro liminal y la autoficción, en tanto que son obras que escapan de interpretaciones reduccionistas por tener una naturaleza pluridimensional. De este modo, se comprobará que la finalidad de las piezas es retratar una estructura política, sin que por ello se renuncie al uso de un amplio abanico de posibilidades dramáticas planteadas desde los textos, las acotaciones y la propuesta escénica consiguiente.Neste artigo, serão analisadas duas peças teatrais de uma das dramaturgas espanholas contemporâneas mais reconhecidas, María Velasco, Líbrate de las cosas hermosas que te deseo (2015) e Talaré a los hombres de sobre la faz de la tierra, ambas estreadas e aplaudidas pela crítica teatral, bem como também galardoadas. O ponto de convergência dessas duas obras encontra-se em sua estética performativa e na visão política e poética com a qual retratam a situação de seus protagonistas. Ambas propostas dramáticas têm uma estética cênica inovadora e contemporânea, por isso nos aproximaremos delas através dos paradigmas do teatro performativo, teatro liminal e perfopoesia, enquanto ambas são um objeto artístico que escapa de interpretações reducionistas por ter uma natureza pluridimensional.
