The sample consisted of 112 students, and the evaluation tool employed was a rubric that had been validated by a committee of experts and approved by the institution’s assessment area. A questionnaire was administered and analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney tests. The findings demonstrated an improvement in the competence and its dimensions within the experimental groups, indicating that the experimental group without a pretest exhibited superior results.La investigación tuvo como objetivo identificar el efecto del programa académico complementario en la mejora de la competencia emprendimiento nivel 1 (n1) en pregrado. Para ello se realizó un programa experimental en el año 2020, basado en la metodología Lean Startup, con un enfoque cuantitativo, cuasi experimental y diseño de Solomon. La muestra consideró 112 estudiantes y la herramienta utilizada fue la rúbrica, validada por un comité de expertos y aprobada por el área de assessment de la institución. Se aplicó un cuestionario y se analizó con las pruebas de Kruskall Wallis y Mann Whitney. Se evidenció la mejora de la competencia y de sus dimensiones en los grupos experimentales, encontrando que el grupo experimental sin pretest presentó mejores resultados.O objetivo da pesquisa foi identificar o efeito do programa acadêmico complementar na melhoria da competência empreendedora de nível 1 (n1) em graduandos. Para isso, foi realizado um programa experimental em 2020, baseado na metodologia Lean Startup, com uma abordagem quantitativa, quase-experimental e utilizando o design de Solomon. A amostra foi composta por 112 estudantes, e o instrumento utilizado foi uma rubrica validada por um comitê de especialistas e aprovada pela área de avaliação da instituição. Foi aplicado um questionário que foi analisado utilizando os testes de Kruskal-Wallis e Mann Whitney.
