This article endeavors to dissect the newly introduced labor framework outlined in the draft bill and propose enhancements for its refinement. The analysis is structured around three pivotal themes: remuneration, labor rights, and the establishment of trade unions. By juxtaposing the conventional labor regime with the new one, this study aims to delineate the alterations implemented and elucidate the rationale behind these modifications.En 1973, se publica el Proyecto de Propiedad Social como parte de una política social prominente para las empresas en el Perú. Esto resultó en excepciones significativas al régimen laboral común. El objetivo del presente artículo es analizar el nuevo régimen laboral que introduce el anteproyecto y las mejoras necesarias para su perfeccionamiento. Para ello, el análisis se centrará en tres temas esenciales: la remuneración, los derechos laborales y la creación de sindicatos.
