A compared and evolutive study of these crimes and the jurisprudence trends are offered in this paper.La apología del terrorismo y otros delitos de similar calado que castigan la incitación o el enaltecimiento del terrorismo están experimentando un crecimiento exponencial en su tipificación alrededor de todo el mundo. En España y Perú esta tendencia no es nueva: desde la década de los años 1990 se han ido sucediendo diversas reformas que tipificaban de distinta manera los comportamientos mencionados.
