Similarly, focusing on the mining and energy issue, studies its national regulation and its correlation with the activity of the Peruvian environmental inspection agency.En materia de protección del ambiente lo prioritario es la prevención de la contaminación antes que cualquier otra medida. Sin embargo, ¿esta medida de protección debería ser obligatoria o voluntaria para todo aquel que afecte el medio ambiente? ¿Es exigible el reciclaje o la eficiencia energética?.En el presente artículo, la autora analiza estos temas sobre la base de la legislación comparada, doctrina y jurisprudencia.
