A reference to the legal culture and the largest contributor to the development of national law: Jose León Barandarián.Son pocos los abogados que antes que ser juristas, son humanistas natos. Ese fue el maestro José León Barandiarán, un verdadero humanista, un estudioso del hombre sin especialidad o compartimento que lo limite. Aún la especialidad genérica del Derecho le quedaba estrecha a una personalidad multifacética como la del Maestro. En el presente artículo, el autor le rendirá un homenaje, por el 30 aniversario de su fallecimiento, a uno de los juristas más importantes del Derecho Peruano.
