Furthermore, due to the urgency of the topic to be discussed, we have selected the publication of two articles linked to the field of trends in labor relations such as remote work and the sectoral centralization of collective agreements for the final module. With these 14 articles, 360 Revista de Ciencias de la Gestión seeks to continue contributing to the production of knowledge in our discipline and link it with its thematic environment, reviewing the trends from the academy, but with a very focused view on what is happening in the reality of organizations at the national and international level. In times of such relevant changes in the way of understanding the conditions for the creation of value in the business environment, we must analyze the elements that promote its sustainability and the promotion of innovations in different organizational ecosystems.En este noveno número de 360 Revista de Ciencias de la Gestión, organizamos los artículos en cuatro grandes bloques temáticos. Los tres primeros incluyen cinco documentos sobre gestión estratégica de CTI, otros cinco sobre herramientas para la gestión de tecnología e innovación, y dos centrados en la gestión de la universidad innovadora. Además, por la urgencia de la temática a tratar, hemos seleccionado para el bloque final dos artículos ligados al ámbito de las tendencias en las relaciones laborales, específicamente acerca del trabajo a distancia y la centralización sectorial de convenios colectivos. Con estos 14 artículos, 360 Revista de Ciencias de la Gestión reafirma su compromiso con la producción de conocimiento en nuestra disciplina, vinculándola con su entorno temático y abordando las tendencias desde una perspectiva académica, pero también con un enfoque práctico de lo que ocurre en las organizaciones a nivel nacional e internacional.
