The findings indicate that 75% of respondents believe these technologies foster personalized learning; however, 58% reported technological difficulties, and 62% emphasized the need for teacher training. The discussion highlights that, although 75% of teachers employ basic digital tools, the effective integration of AI and robotics requires overcoming challenges related to infrastructure and teacher professional development.El objetivo de este estudio es analizar la integración de la inteligencia artificial (IA) y la robótica en la educación, evaluando su impacto en 200 docentes y estudiantes. Se empleó una metodología mixta, utilizando encuestas, entrevistas y observación de campo para recabar datos sobre las percepciones y experiencias de los participantes. Los resultados indican que el 75 % de los encuestados considera que estas tecnologías favorecen la educación personalizada, aunque el 58 % reportó dificultades tecnológicas, y el 62 % destacó la necesidad de formación docente. En la discusión, se señala que, a pesar de que el 75 % de los docentes utiliza herramientas digitales básicas, la integración efectiva de la IA y la robótica depende de superar obstáculos relacionados con la infraestructura y la capacitación docente.Este estudo analisa a integração da inteligência artificial (IA) e da robótica na educação, avaliando seu impacto em 200 professores e estudantes. Adotou-se uma abordagem metodológica mista, que combinou questionários, entrevistas e observações de campo para coletar dados sobre as percepções e experiências dos participantes. Os resultados indicam que 75% dos respondentes acreditam que essas tecnologias favorecem a aprendizagem personalizada; entretanto, 58% relataram dificuldades tecnológicas e 62% destacaram a necessidade de formação docente.
