After this, the study focuses on developing the strategy deployed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru to overcome these difficulties and recover the necessary consensus that allowed the adoption of 20 deliverables. These documents will allow this forum to advance in the implementation of the Putrajaya Vision 2040.El artículo parte de un análisis situacional de APEC antes de la celebración de las reuniones en el Perú en 2024, específicamente, sobre la imposibilidad de llegar a consensos en las dos últimas reuniones de este foro (en 2022 y 2023) para adoptar entregables lo suficientemente confiables y legítimos, así como los factores que contribuyeron a ello. Luego de esto, el estudio se concentra en desarrollar la estrategia desplegada por el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores del Perú para superar estas dificultades y recuperar los consensos necesarios que permitieron adoptar 20 entregables.
