To confront these forms of corruption, it will be necessary to understand the complexity of its diverse dynamics.El presente artículo muestra cómo hoy en día la corrupción se manifiesta a través de redes de intereses que se infiltran en la Administración Pública. Estas redes generan un sistema paralelo al formalmente reconocido que cuenta con sus propios actores y reglas de juego. Muestra de ello son los casos recientes que involucran a altos funcionarios del sistema de justicia y a la constructora Odebrecht.
