In this context, the importance of considering the ontological, estimative, and logical layers is emphasized in order to adequately grasp the complexity of the "legal", emphasizing that Law cannot be reduced to any of its elements in isolation, but emerges from their integration in an inseparable synthesis. Thus, this three-dimensional theory based on the triplicity of elements results in conceiving Law as the integration of human conduct in its dimension of coexistence, realization of legal values, and representation through norms that establish imputative judgments of duty to be. Finally, the author reflects on the vocation of placing Law at the service of man, criticizing unidimensional perspectives and advocating a personalist vision of Law as a dynamic factor of social transformation.A lo largo de este trabajo, el autor ofrece una visión integral y multidimensional del Derecho, centrándose en la presencia de tres elementos que la integran: la conducta humana, las normas y los valores. En ese contexto, se subraya la importancia de considerar los estratos ontológico, estimativo y lógico para para captar adecuadamente la complejidad de lo "jurídico", haciendo énfasis en que el Derecho no puede ser reducido a ninguno de sus elementos de modo aislado, sino que emerge de su integración en una síntesis inescindible. De esta manera, este enfoque tridimensional basado en la triplicidad de elementos resulta en concebir al Derecho como la integración de la conducta humana en su dimensión de coexistencia, realización de valores jurídicos, y la representación a través de normas que establecen juicios imputativos del deber ser.
