In this article we will try to explain clearly in which cases the Judge must intercede in the process of submitting evidence and what are the requirements for him to do so.Las normas procesales peruanas no solo le dan al juez de trabajo la facultad de actuar pruebas de oficio, sino que lo invocan a ejercer tal facultad en su calidad de director absoluto del proceso; pero únicamente en ciertos casos en donde su intervención resulta indispensable, y siempre que se cumplan determinados requisitos.
