Finally, the standards of the Interamerican Human Rights systems are analyzed to adapt the interpretation of fundamental rights to comply with the provisions in the pandemic context.El presente estudio constituye una reflexión de contexto a propósito de las coyunturas jurídicas que se generan en un estado de excepción, más aún cuando la pandemia de la COVID-19 es la justificación de fondo de muchos ordenamientos jurídicos respecto a medidas de confinamiento, aislamiento e inamovilidad social a causa de este mal. En esa misma lógica, analizamos si acaso corresponde una redefinición de los derechos fundamentales afectados en esos estados extraordinarios o si es pertinente poner de relieve la dimensión jurídica propia del contenido, extensión y valía de un derecho fundamental.
