The active authority in this procedure, the lease agreement in accordance with the provisions of the Law, explaining the notarial procedure designed to establish the grounds for eviction and finally the aspects to be considered in relation to Law n. 30933, specifying their conclusions.En este trabajo analizamos la Ley n.o 30933, precisamos su propósito y sus alcances sobre la función notarial en los asuntos no contenciosos; además, examinamos las atribuciones notariales y la naturaleza no contenciosa del procedimiento originado por la ley. Luego, tratamos su relación con el instituto procesal del desalojo, la potestad activa en este procedimiento y el contrato de arrendamiento conforme a lo que establece la ley.
