Evalúa aquellas prácticas y experiencias implementadas en respuesta a la pandemia COVID-19 y su compatibilidad con el modelo previsto por la Nueva Ley Procesal del Trabajo. Aborda la reciente reforma de la casación laboral e identifica problemas en las decisiones de la Corte Suprema al establecer reglas de competencia por razón de la materia a través de plenos jurisdiccionales.O autor analisa as diferentes inovações que ocorreram no processo trabalhista. Avalia as práticas e experiências implementadas em resposta à pandemia da COVID-19 e sua compatibilidade com o modelo previsto na Nova Lei de Processo do Trabalho. Aborda a recente reforma da cassação trabalhista e identifica problemas nas decisões do Supremo Tribunal Federal ao estabelecer regras de competência em razão da matéria por meio de sessões plenárias jurisdicionais.
