Thus, the energetic institutional strategy implemented by the Brazilian State to improve the resolution of conflicts for the benefit of the rights and interests of the most vulnerable will be analysed. En este trabajo se aborda el problema del acceso a la justicia en los últimos siglos, su evolución histórica y las repercusiones de la aprobación de las Reglas de Brasilia y su implementación en países de la región iberoamericana, en particular, en el sistema de justicia de Brasil. Así, se analizará la enérgica estrategia institucional implementada por el Estado brasileño para la mejora de la solución de los conflictos en beneficio de los derechos y los intereses de los más vulnerables.
