En el presente artículo se desarrolla un estudio sobre la justicia itinerante que realiza el Poder Judicial del Perú, a través de la Comisión Permanente de Acceso a la Justicia de Personas en Condición de Vulnerabilidad y Justicia en tu Comunidad, en los 34 distritos judiciales del país, para el acercamiento de los servicios en materia de pensión de alimentos, filiación extramatrimonial, rectificación de partidas, violencia familiar y designación de apoyos y salvaguardias en beneficiode las poblaciones vulnerables que se encuentran en lugares geográficamente lejanos, de escasos recursos económicos o en situación de pobreza, en zonas rurales y urbano-marginales.
