To this end, we propose a digital census or "e-census" for Bolivia with disclosure of information, revealing the levels of transparency of statistical information and democratic openness of public management.El presente trabajo de investigación tiene la importancia de proponer un censo digital en el marco del gobierno electrónico, el cual permita a los gobiernos recabar mayor información estadística, como también de divulgar información social y económica y política hacia una mayor transparencia, tanto en datos estadísticos demográficos, económicos y de padrón electoral para los escaños parlamentarios, a partir de la eficiencia, eficacia, economicidad y excelencia, a través de las herramientas que nos brindan las Tecnologías de Información y de las Comunicaciones y especialmente Internet, potenciando una transparencia electrónica de información vía Web que son de enorme alcance hacia el cliente ciudadano.
