The study concludes that a strategic approach is essential to maximize the potential of digital tools and improve sales and customer relationships. Surveys and factorial analysis were conducted to identify five key factors: economic, technological, lack of knowledge, strategy, and cultural. These findings underscore the importance of promoting training and access to resources, enabling women entrepreneurs to fully harness the advantages of digital marketing in their businesses.Este artículo analiza los factores que influyen en el uso del marketing digital en mujeres emprendedoras de Arica. Se destaca la creciente relevancia del marketing digital en las pymes, pero también se identifican barreras como la percepción de costos y la falta de conocimientos tecnológicos. Se concluye que un enfoque estratégico es esencial para maximizar el potencial de las herramientas digitales y mejorar las ventas y la relación con los clientes. El estudio se realizó mediante encuestas y análisis factorial para identificar cinco factores clave: económico, tecnológico, desconocimiento, estrategia y cultural.
