This article seeks to examine the opportunities and challenges posed by Legal Technologies, focusing on how legal professionals can adapt to the evolving legal landscape through the acquisition of new skills. To achieve this objective, a literature review was conducted, employing specific inclusion and exclusion criteria to identify relevant studies. The study's findings underscore the pivotal role of Legal Technology in enhancing legal practice by streamlining workflows and automating tasks. Consequently, the swift technological progress within the legal sector offers prospects that necessitate a reevaluation of curricular content to equip future legal practitioners with the requisite knowledge and competencies for the effective utilization of these emerging technologies.El vertiginoso avance de la tecnología en los últimos periodos ha iniciado un debate sobre su profundo impacto en diversas facetas de la vida personal y profesional. En ese sentido, el presente artículo tiene por objetivo analizar los retos y oportunidades que presentan las tecnologías jurídicas, explorando cómo los abogados pueden adaptarse a la evolución del entorno jurídico mediante la adquisición de nuevas competencias. Para tal fin se realizó una revisión bibliográfica mediante criterios de inclusión y exclusión para elegir los estudios que abordaban directamente el tema. Las conclusiones del estudio ponen de relieve el papel fundamental que desempeña la LegalTech en la mejora de la práctica jurídica mediante la optimización de los flujos de trabajo y la automatización de tareas.
