description The objective of the study was to design and validate a questionnaire that measures the director's management and the quality of educational services. A validation study of a questionnaire that allows measuring the director's management and the quality of educational services was carried out. The population consisted of 75 fifth-year high school students from the Albert Einstein scientific college, enrolled in 2019, the sample obtained after applying the formula for finite samples was 45 students. The questionnaire was designed by the researcher, which was based on scientific studies, it consisted of two parts, one aimed at measuring the director's management, which consisted of 4 dimensions: institutional, pedagogical, administrative and community management, with a total of 24 questions. The validity of the questionnaire was verified through 3 experts where the correlation was submitted, resulting in a p value of less than 0.05 and reliability was obtained through Conbrash's alpha with a value of less than 0.07 in all dimensions. Therefore, it is concluded that the questionnaire used is reliable.

Se realizó un estudio de validación de un cuestionario que permite medir gestión del director y la calidad en los servicios educativos. La población estuvo constituida por 75 estudiantes del quinto año de secundaria del colegio científico Albert Einstein, matriculados en el año 2019, la muestra obtenida después de aplicar la fórmula para muestras finitas fue de 45 estudiantes. El cuestionario fue diseñado por el investigador, lo cual fue basado en estudios científicos, este constaba de dos partes una dirigida a medir la gestión del director la cual constaba de 4 dimensiones la gestión institucional, pedagógica, administrativa y comunitaria, con un total de 24 preguntas. Se comprobó la validez del cuestionario a través de 3 expertos donde se sometió la correlación dando como resultado un valor de p menor a 0.05 y la confiabilidad se obtuvo a través del alfa de conbrash con un valor menor a 0.07 en todas las dimensiones. Por lo que se concluye que el cuestionario utilizado es confiable.O objetivo do estudo foi elaborar e validar um questionário que mede a gestão principal e a qualidade nos serviços educacionais. O questionário foi elaborado pelo pesquisador, que se baseou em estudos científicos, este consistia em duas partes, uma destinada a medir a gestão do diretor que consistia em 4 dimensões: institucional, pedagógica, administrativa e de gestão comunitária, com um total de 24 perguntas. A validade do questionário foi verificada por três especialistas que testaram a correlação com um valor p inferior a 0,05 e a confiabilidade foi obtida através do alfa conbrash com um valor inferior a 0,07 em todas as dimensões.
