In this sense, the established objective was to analyze the salary differences between men and women who work in the formal and informal sectors in the central macro region of Peru, for which ENAHO data and a methodology established by Mincer, Oaxaca-Blinder were used. and the Probit model that has allowed reaching the results that confirm the existence of a disproportionate salary disparity in the formal sector. This is because both men and women in the formal sector are better paid, but men are paid relatively more than women. The salary gap in the informal sector is small since the informal salary of men and the informal salary of women is almost homogeneous. |

En ese sentido el objetivo establecido fue analizar las diferencias salariales entre hombres y mujeres que laboran en los sectores formal e informal en la macro región centro del Perú, para lo cual se empleó los datos de ENAHO y una metodología establecida por Mincer, Oaxaca-Blinder y el modelo Probit que ha permitido llegar a los resultados que confirman la existencia de una disparidad salarial desproporcionada en el sector formal. Esto se debe a que tanto los hombres como las mujeres del sector formal están mejor pagados, pero los hombres cobran relativamente más que las mujeres. La brecha salarial en el sector informal es reducida ya que el salario informal de los hombres y el salario informal de las mujeres es casi homogéneo.As disparidades salariais entre homens e mulheres nos setores formal e informal na macrorregião central do Peru é uma realidade latente, apesar da preocupação constante do governo e das organizações sociais do país em reduzir essas disparidades salariais; Por isso, é objeto de estudo e análise nesta pesquisa.
