Se realiza el análisis médico-legal fáctico fundado en la sentencia judicial respecto al cumplimiento en los establecimientos de salud para garantizar la entrega de la píldora de anticoncepción oral de emergencia a las pacientes, por el contrario, la medida cautelar no ha asegurado la entrega del medicamento y en otros supuestos se ha observado barreras para su dispensación.
