However, there are no adequate instruments with psychometric evidence or adapted to our educational context. Therefore, a study was carried out to measure the level of entrepreneurial attitude in 131 teachers from state institutions of UGEL 01 of Metropolitan Lima. This 25-item questionnaire underwent several rigorous validation procedures. In the case of content validation by means of Aiken's V, it showed favorable values for relevance (P= 0.94), clarity of language (CL=0.94) and relevance (R=0.94). For the confirmatory factor analysis, it confirmed adequate adjustment indexes: Xs2/gl=1.426, SRMR=.057, RMSEA=.057, CFI=0.931, TLI=0.924. Finally, in reliability it presented an excellent level (0.96). Therefore, this instrument is valid and useful to know the entrepreneurial attitudes of teachers in an educational institution and to continue strengthening improvements in their training.El fortalecimiento de las actitudes emprendedoras viene presentando un nuevo reto en las nuevas demandas actuales y diversas problemáticas económicas de nuestro país, porque forma parte de la disposición que presenta la persona para actuar y buscar alternativas de solución a diversas problemáticas en la educación y en beneficio de la sociedad (Díaz, 2011; Fragoso et al., 2021; Zegarra, 2009). Sin embargo, no se cuenta con instrumentos adecuados con evidencia psicométrica o adaptados a nuestro contexto educativo. Por ello, se llevó a cabo un estudio para medir el nivel de actitud emprendedora en 131 docentes de instituciones estatales de la UGEL 01 de Lima Metropolitana. Este cuestionario de 25 ítems, presentó varios procedimientos rigurosos de validación. En el caso de la validación de contenido por medio del V de Aiken, mostró favorables valores de pertinencia (P= 0.94), claridad del lenguaje (CL=0.94) y relevancia (R=0.94). Para el análisis factorial confirmatorio confirmó los índices de ajuste adecuados: Xs2/gl=1.426, SRMR=.057, RMSEA=.057, CFI=0.931, TLI=0.924. Por último, en la fiabilidad presentó un nivel excelente (0.96).
