He was aimed to know the attitude of primary school teacher facing the implementation of the Framework of Good Teaching Performance in public educational institutions in the district of Tingo Maria. As research hypothesis was proposed, the teacher's attitude is favorable primary against the implementation of the Framework of Good Teaching Performance in public educational institutions in the district of Rupa Rupa. Work was done on a sample of 70 primary school teachers. Among the techniques used is the questionnaire survey instrument attitude good teacher performance; to collect personal information from teachers. The data were processed using the following Statisticians: arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson r test, t-test for comparison of means.La investigación científica con enfoque cuantitativo, diseño descriptivo simple, tuvo como objetivo describir el efecto del Marco del Buen Desempeño Docente en la actitud de los docentes de instituciones educativas Multigrado de Primaria en RUPA RUPA, TINGO MARÍA. Utilizamos la técnica de encuesta e instrumento el cuestionario. La muestra no probabilística fue de 70 docentes de educación primaria. Planteamos la hipótesis de que el Marco del Buen Desempeño Docente era un buen referente y producía un efecto favorable en la actitud de los docentes desde las dimensiones cognitiva, afectiva y conductual. Los datos fueron procesados utilizando los siguientes estadígrafos: media aritmética, desviación estándar, prueba r de Pearson, prueba t para comparación de medias.
