For the study, a survey was designed to identify the variation between the study groups. It is concluded that there is a direct and significant relationship between the variables: "dance practice" and "academic stress" in the students of the Faculty of Medicine of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, presenting a coefficient of significance of 0.05.En este artículo se determina el alcance del impacto de la práctica de la danza sobre el estrés, que fue desarrollada en 2017 por estudiantes de pregrado de Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. Esta investigación científica con enfoque cuantitativo tiene un diseño cuasi experimental. Se probaron 200 estudiantes en cada grupo experimental y grupo de control antes y después. Los resultados mostraron que el grupo de control tuvo un desarrollo significativo El grupo experimental (grupo experimental) y el grupo sin el experimento mencionado anteriormente (grupo de control). Para el estudio se diseñó una Encuesta para identificar la variación entre los grupos de estudio.
