A quantitative approach using a hypothetical deductive method, ordinal design, correlational descriptive design, and cross-sectional analysis allows us to obtain the results through descriptive and inferential statistical analysis using SPSS version 25. We used a sample of 24 teachers, and data collection was conducted using a survey technique and a Likert-scale questionnaire for comparison. The results show that the relationship is accepted, as the sigma of significance is .000 and the correlation coefficient is .916 for the general hypothesis.Una de las tendencias en las instituciones educativas públicas es establecer la relación entre el clima institucional y la calidad educativa y es el objetivo de este estudio. Un enfoque cuantitativo planteando método hipotético deductivo, ordinal, diseño descriptivo correlacional y  nivel transversal nos permite encontrar los resultados a través de un análisis estadístico descriptivo e inferencial con el SPSS VERSIÓN 25. Utilizamos una muestra de 24 docentes y la recolección de información se realizó con la técnica de encuesta y el instrumento cuestionario con escala Likert para el cotejo.
